My classroom management and teaching philosophy prioritizes the learning of Mathematics for all students. In addition, it will cater to the needs of the student, so the greatest amount of learning can be achieved. The overall goal of my philosophy of education is to foster a safe, welcoming, fun and productive learning environment for all of my students, regardless of their own personal abilities. My philosophy will be based upon the works of Wong, and Marzano. My classroom will be rich in procedures, student engagement and will emphasize relationships. As an instructor, I will ensure all students are comfortable and prepared to learn. In addition, I will always make it a priority to put my students first. My classroom will center largely around the students I teach. This way, they can have an active say in their education and are subsequently empowered to learn.
